Compton Village annual fete in the recreation ground in aid of village hall funds. There are vintage cars and motor cycles, old static engines, Funfair, Harriers Fun Run and Youngster fun run, stalls and car boot sale, real ale bar, £50 on the day raffle, BBQ, £20 lucky programme prize, bowling, coconut shy, climbing tower, and many more attractions.
Car boot and stalls set up between 10.30 and 12 midday, cost £8, stalls £10, runners to arrive at 11am, fete starts at 12.30 till 4.30 Admission free with lucky programme, donation requested
